I have a Master of Science degree in Human Services with a Specialization in Counseling, a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a Minor in Writing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology. I was raised in an active-duty military family, the daughter of an Army Chaplain turned pastor. My faith, education, and personal life experiences have given me solid ground to stand on, an open mind to create and think through complex situations, and compassion for those who have experienced loss, trauma, and brokenness. Many books I’ve worked with cover difficult topics our generations face - situations that seem to have no answers, but yet the story always has that thread of hope named Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith.
